How it works
You are never asked to commit before you know the price, and the price does not change after the fact.
Tell us the vehicle, what you want done, and roughly where it will be parked. A couple of photos of the interior help us quote accurately.
You get a firm price and a time slot before anything is booked in. If the vehicle turns out to need more work, we tell you before we start — never after.
We work at your home or workplace at the agreed time. You do not need to be present the whole time, only to hand over and collect the keys.
We walk around the vehicle with you at the end. Anything you are not happy with gets sorted there and then.

These slots fill with Norvek's own work. We will not pass another company's photographs off as ours.

Tell us what is available at the address when you book. If there is no outdoor tap or outlet we will confirm what we can do before the appointment rather than turning up and finding out.
Often yes, but it depends on the building. Some do not allow it, and low ceilings or no drainage can rule out certain work. Tell us it is a condo when you book and we will check before confirming.
An exterior detail is usually 1.5–2 hours, an interior 2–3, and a full detail 4–5. Heavily soiled vehicles take longer. We give you a realistic window when we confirm the price.
We tell you before starting and give you the revised price. You can go ahead, scale the work back, or cancel at no cost. We do not add charges after the fact.
Not at the moment. We are focused on doing interior and exterior detailing properly first. If you need correction or coating, say so and we will tell you honestly rather than attempt it.
We will contact you to move the appointment. There is no charge for a weather reschedule.
Payment is taken once the work is done and you have looked over the vehicle. We will confirm accepted payment methods when we book you in.
